using MailCar Limited for spam will be immediately terminated from using the product.

What is Spam?
Spam is unsolicited commercial email (UCE).
By sending email to only to those who have requested to receive it, you
are following accepted permission based email guidelines.
What constitutes an existing business relationship?
The recipients of your email have made a purchase or bid or requested a response from you.
What constitutes consent?
The recipients of your email have been clearly and fully notified of the
collection and use of their email addresses and have consented prior to such
collection and use.
What about the federal law against sending Spam?
The federal anti-spam law went into effect on January 1st, 2004 and
preempts all state laws. It makes most spam illegal and less attractive to
spammers. The law is specific about requirements to send commercial email and
requires that the federal government enforce the law. The penalties can
include a fine and/or imprisonment for up to 5 years.
How does Mailcar Limited protect you from sending Spam?
Mailcar Limited includes a permission based email marketing tool that follows the
most demanding permission based rules:

By accepting our license agreement you agree to use only permission based lists,
never to sell or rent your lists and abid by the MailCar Limited privacy policy.

Mailcar Limited requires that all email addresses, that are from a manual upload
of an external list, be confirmed by their owners. All new subscribers who join through
the link in regular correspondence email generated by our product are required to
confirm their subscription. They have the option to unsubscribe immediately after
confirmation and at anytime through a link available in all email received by
the subscriber that was created with our product.

Every email generated for your subscribers from Mailcar Limited contains an unsubscribe
link which allows your subscribers to opt-out of future email campaigns and
automatically updates your subscriber list to avoid the chance of sending
unwanted emails to those who have unsubscribed.

Your email header information is correct because it is automatically generated by
MailCar Limited. Your email "From" address accurately identifies you as the sender.

All of your emails contain your contact information.
